An International Standard School at Valliyoor, Designed by Ar. Jyoti Motha. Ideal Structures was involved with Structural Designs and Cost Optimization. The uniqueness of the design (Structural) is the Truss and tiled roof with Insulation. Micro Concrete tiles were rigidly screwed to the Steel rafters which were supported by trusses. The reduction in roof load enhanced the behavior of the structure against Earth Quake loads.
View of a modern Cold Storage facility proposed near Dindigul. The facility also includes Banana Ripening Plant. The facility includes storage facility for all food items including frozen food. The total storage capacity is 10000 MT. The entire facility was planned and designed by Ideal Structures with support from M/s Voltas, Chennai.

A view of roofing over foot path from Srivarimettu to Tirumala. The project involved survey, planning and design of steel roofing over foot path running throught the jungles of Tirumala for a length of about 2 Kms.The terrain was unpredictable and challenging. The project has to be completed in short span of time. The fabrication and erection was done by M/s Garuda Roofings, Chennai. Ideal Structures completed the job in stipulated time.
Multi Product Cold Storage facility near Delhi, with fruits grading and sorting line. The uniqueness of the Cold storage is that it has Two storeys underground with access provided by ramp and lifts. The entire superstructure above basement is Steel structure with PUF panels. The total capacity of the cold storage is about 10,000 MT.
This is a Multi Speciality Hospital at Ramanathapuram. The building was Designed by Architect P.R.S. Sivakumar. The Hospital has a large lounge and reception at the entrance; Operation Theatres, Consulting rooms, wards with lifts and ramp facilities. Ideal Structures was involved in total Structural design of the Project.
A inside view of the Paper Machine Plant. The capacity of the unit is 300 TPD. The Structure had two Tandem cranes of 60 Ton and 10 Capacity. The entire Structure was done in RCC frame with Coated sheet panelling in First floor and brick panelling in ground floor. The entire layout was planned, designed and supervised by Ideal Structures.
A View of Bannari Amman Apparels Limited, a garment manufacturing facility near Chennai. The campus has a Two Storeyed Administrative Block which is a RCC flat slab Construction. The main working hall is fully airconditioned column free Trussed roofing of about one lakh square foot. The facilities include Labour rest rooms, Canteen, Power House, and Parking areas. Ideal Structures was involved in Structural design of the entire campus. The facility was completed in a record period of time.
Multi Storeyed Ladies Hostel Building at Dindigul. Ideal Structures was involved in the structural design of the Block. Ideal Structures also offered its structural consultancy in execution of the Gents Hostel Block.
This is an automobile ancillary unit situated in Madurai. The clients were an Indo-Japan joint venture company. The floor shop required an RCC roofing with good lighting. Folded plate RCC roofing with ventilators between the troughs were provided. The design provided a well lit floor area.
